2018:  Missed the season due to injury.

CCBC CATONSVILLE:  Played two seasons for head coach Dan Blue at CCBC Catonsiville…helped the Cardinals capture the Region XX championship as a sophomore…earned honorable mention all-region honors after hitting .265 with four home runs and 22 RBIs…also went 3-2 with a 1.47 ERA and one save…hit .295 with 10 doubles three home runs and 30 RBIs as a freshman…added a 2-1 record in six appearances on the mound.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played for head coach Brian Hollamon at Parkside High School…earned all-region honors after hitting .347 with two home runs and 30 RBIs as a senior…posted five victories and a save with a 0.93 ERA on the mound…also named Bayside first-team selection…member of the wrestling team.

PERSONAL:  Born October 14, 1996…son of Barry and Amy Swanger…has two brothers, Dillon and Drew…brother, Dillon, played baseball at IUP…favorite teams are the Baltimore Orioles, New York Yankees and New York Knicks…favorite athletes are Derek Jeter and Matt Harvey…favorite movie is the “Longest Yard”…majoring in communications.
