2021: Member of the weekend rotation for Towson, starting 13 games... second on the team with 55 strikeouts and led all starters in ERA at 4.58... finished 1-3, throwing 59 innings... allowed two earned runs or fewer in six starts... first Towson start at Western Carolina (2/20), throwing 5.2 innings with two runs, only one earned, with four strikeouts... career-high strikeout count with seven in 3.2 innings at Georgia Southern (3/7)... earned first Towson victory with six innings, one run and five strikeouts in win at George Mason (3/27)... held future CAA champion Northeastern to one run in five innings on the road (5/2).

2020: Did not play for the Tigers.

2019: Did not play, redshirt season.

BEFORE TOWSON: Spent 2018 season at Polk State, throwing 21 games, including six starts, for 5.08 ERA in 33.2 innings and 33 strikeouts...at St. Bonaventure in 2017, appearing in eight games with three starts for a combined 13 innings and 12 strikeouts.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in baseball, basketball and football at Corning-Painted Post High...led Hawks to the 2016 state quarterfinals, an STAC Tournament championship and two STAC regular season titles...earned all-state honors in baseball as well as all-league and all-conference in each football and basketball.

PERSONAL: Son of Bret and Shelly Madden...has two sisters, Amanda and Meghan... majoring in sport management.
