HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year varsity letterwinner at North Hagerstown High School … also played football … was the sophomore player of the year for the baseball team … earned all-conference, all-county and all state first team honors … North Hagerstown was regional champions in 2023 … was a member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Born Henry Francis Ortiz … prefers to go by Hank … son of Jeffrey and Alison Ortiz … has eight siblings: James, Leo, Ambrose, Emma, Maddie, Philomena, Lillian and Maria … majoring in exercise science … aspires to be an orthopedic physician.
