2024: Did not record a decision in seven relief appearances … posted a 5.40 ERA, seven strikeouts and ten walks in 6.2 innings pitched … recorded a season-high three strikeouts vs. Duke on March 19.

2023: Made four relief appearances with the Tigers, allowing seven earned runs on three hits in 2.1 innings... struck out two batters in his first appearance of the season (Feb. 25)... named to the CAA Academic Honor Roll.

AT RADFORD: Made seven appearances last season, allowing 14 earned runs on 10 hits in 8.0 IP.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was all-state for baseball in Maryland in 2021 ... also golfed in high school, earning a state qualifier bid.

PERSONAL: Son of Rodney and Nicole VanTassell... has a brother, Calvin... both parents swam at the University of Michigan... volunteers with the Baltimore Urban Baseball Association and the Girls Who Code coding club... major is secondary education.
