Raven Chance joined Towson athletics as a strength and conditioning assistant in Feb. 2026, working primarily with baseball and football.
Chance came to Towson after being a graduate assistant at Stephen F. Austin State University, leading baseball training and working with football. She also spent two years as a graduate assistant and head football intern at Missouri State University, being the primary strength coach for swimming & diving and cross country plus working with football and women's soccer.
Chance graduated from Tusculum University in 2023 with a bachelor’s of sports science, earning her Master's Degree of kinesiology from Missouri State in 2025.
