AT MERCERSBURG ACADEMY: Attended Mercersburg Academy for one year ... served as team captain and was named as team Most Valuable Player ... named to All-Mid-Atlantic Prep League first team ... made 86 tackles with three sacks and a fumble recovery ... also caught six passes for 64 yards and two touchdowns.

AT GILMAN SCHOOL: Three-sport standout at Gilman who also played basketball and was a member of the track and field team ... named first team All-Metro in each sport ... earned first team All-State honors for the Greyhounds ... led Gilman to the MIAA championship ... two-time All-Metro first team selection ... made 123 tackles as a senior, including 23 tackles for lost yardage ... also had seven sacks and intercepted three passes ... honored as the Metro Defensive Player of the Year by The Baltimore Sun ... two-time All-MIAA selection ... also played fullback and scored 11 touchdowns as a senior.
