2024: Competed in 11 games at tight end and on special teams.

2023: Reserve at tight end and on special teams, playing in four games... made Towson debut in win at New Hampshire (9/30)... redshirt season granted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Multi-sport athlete at Woodgrove High, competing in football, basketball and track & field... team captain and three-year starter, holding the school record for touchdowns by a tight end... All-district second team honoree... earned two team awards: Swiss Knife Award for most versatile player and Most Improved Player, also being a five-time player of the week... averaged over 18 yards a catch in 2021, including four receiving touchdowns... in basketball, was a all-district second team selection, team captain and two-year starter... in track, earned Second Place Potomac All-District in the shot put and Seventh Place Potomac All-District in the high jump... including into the American Sign Language Honor Society for ASL, also a member of the National Society of High School Scholars and the Honor Roll... volunteers with Our Perfect Warrior, Varsity Club and Upper Loudoun Football League.

PERSONAL: Plans to major in business... son of Corey Sr. and Erica Schaeffer... has a sister, Mia, who plays volleyball at Ferrum College... cousin, Ryan McKee, plays football at Concordia University.
