William Koustmer serves as a quality control coach for the football team, entering his second year in 2023.
Koustmer comes to Towson after working as graduate assistant, linebacker coach, running back coach, recruiting coordinator, and academic advisor for the Tabor College football team. He ran workouts, managed equipment, and signed the most players in Tabor history in 2022.
He also worked assistant defensive coordinator, defensive back Coach, offensive line coach, and strength coach for the Hughes High School Football Team from May 2019-November 2020. He coached special teams and was selected to coach the Cincinnati All-Star Game in 2020.
He worked as an intern football and strength coach for Indian Hill High School during the summer of 2017. He helped scout, breakdown film, and run workouts, conditioning and drills.
Koustmer graduated from DePauw University in 2019 where he earned his bachelor's degree in communications and spent four years on the football team. He is currently working towards earning his Masters of Business Administration at Tabor College.
