HIGH SCHOOL: Played football, soccer, swimming and baseball at East Meadow High... Served as East Meadow's kicker and punter for the football team... Was a state qualifier in swimming... All-conference honoree in baseball... Member of the National Honor Society and a four-time Honor Roll student.

PERSONAL: Son of Jay and Barbara Bernstein... Has a sister, Leorah, and a brother, Mitchell.
