2024: Moved to outside linebacker and started all 12 games... tied for team lead in forced fumbles with two, tallying 32 tackles, six tackles for loss and two sacks... earned four tackles, a sack and a forced fumble in home opener win vs. Morgan St. (9/7)... member of the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.

2023: Stalwart at middle linebacker and special teams, playing in all 11 games... had 30 tackles on the season with multiple tackles in 10 games... set season-high four tackles in win at Morgan State (9/16)... forced and recovered a fumble inside the five-yard line at Villanova (11/11), having three tackles.

2022: Versatile player for Towson, serving as a reserve linebacker and safety... played in 10 games, tallying 13 total tackles... had three tackles in two games: at West Virginia (9/17) and vs. Hampton (11/19).

2021: Redshirt season, not appearing in a game as a reserve linebacker.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played football at Briar Woods High... 2019 All-LoCo First Team Defense, First Team All-Region 5C and All-Northern Virginia, earning awards as a defensive back and wide receiver... led team to to the 2019 VHSL Region 5C semifinal, scoring two touchdowns, on a return and on a reception.

PERSONAL: Son of Jerry and Donna Rutkowski…has two brothers, Justin and Ryan…brother, Ryan, played wide receiver for Towson from 2016-21... cousin, Ed Rutkowski played football at Notre Dame and for the Buffalo Bills.
