2019: Served as a starting linebacker in 11 games out of 12 appearances... Concluded season with 33 tackles, three tackles for loss, a sack, a fumble recovery and two broken-up passes... Had at least three tackles in seven games... Season-high five tackles twice, at home vs. Villanova (9/21) and in road win over Stony Brook (11/9), adding two broken-up passes in latter game.

2018: Played in five games at linebacker for the Towson defense, totaling four tackles including two at Wake Forest on Sept. 8th...Earned first career interception in victory at UAlbany on Oct. 20th.

2017: Did not see the field in his junior season as a defensive lineman.

DEAN COLLEGE: Played two years for head coach Steve Tirrell at Dean College…appeared in five games and recorded nine tackles and a fumble recovery…added 732 rushing yards.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Steven Clande at East Catholic High School…earned All-Central Connecticut Conference honors after finishing senior year with 59 tackles and 10.5 sacks…added 1,017 rushing yards…set school record with 92-yard rushing touchdown…collected 22 stops in nine games as a junior…also earned first-team all-state in basketball…holds school record for points in a game with 51.

PERSONAL: Son of John and Brendalyn Lambert…has two sisters, Johnleia and Brittney…cousin, Ryan Delaire, was an All-American defensive end for Towson and was a member of the Carolina Panthers in the NFL…majoring in psychology.
