Biography

2017: Played in two games under center … completed eight passes on 19 attempts (.421) … longest pass of the season was a 15-yarder against Morgan State (Sept. 2) … ran for four yards on five chances, including a 14-yard rush against Morgan State.

2016: Started five games in an injury shortened season…went 4-1 as the starting quarterback…finished the season 74-for-135 for 890 yards and four touchdowns…completed 16-of-36 for 165 yards in collegiate debut against South Florida…went 4-for-5 for 58 yards in only series against Saint Francis…returned to the lineup for the final three games of the season, all victories…tossed for two touchdowns on 12-of-24 passing in win over Elon…followed it up by going 16-of-26 for 166 yards against William & Mary…closed out season by tossing for a career-high 353 yards and two touchdowns against Rhode Island…led Tigers on two scoring drives in the game’s final two minutes, including a 53-yard drive to set up the game-winning field goal.

OREGON: Spent two years at Oregon…redshirted during the 2014 season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Mazi Moayed at Marin Catholic High School…earned First-Team All-State honors by the San Francisco Chronicle after going 160-for-260 for 2,795 yards and 38 touchdowns as a senior…added 82 carries for 575 yards and seven touchdowns…tossed for a season-high 314 yards and five touchdowns against Novato…helped the Widcats finish 12-1 and a spot in the section championship…played primarily as a wide receiver his junior season…caught 19 passes for 293 yards and two touchdowns…went 11-for-20 for 180 yards and two touchdowns as a passer…selected to participate in the Under Armour All-American Game…went 6-of-12 for yards and a touchdown…named an Elite 11 Quarterback…consensus four-star recruit…rated the No. 9 quarterback by ESPN.com…rated the No. 5 dual-threat quarterback by 247Sports.
