HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Bruce Hanson at Yorktown High School…named Arlington County Defensive Player of the Year after recording 100 tackles, 36 tackles-for-loss and 17.5 sacks as a senior…selected second-team all-state…also earned first-team all-region, all-county and all-district honors.

PERSONAL: Born July 2, 1997…son of Doug and Julie Cox…has one brother, Sean, and one sister, Olivia…dad played football at Maryland …majoring in sport management.
