Andrew Feild serves as the director of football performance for Towson Athletics, starting in the 2026 season. He works primarily with the football team and throws athletes on track. He returns to his alma mater after being an intern for the strength room in 2011.
Feild returns to Towson after being at New Mexico State University from 2021-26, being promoted to director of Olympic strength & conditioning. He helped implement the strength, speed and conditioning program for football and designed the programs for volleyball, sprints and jumps.
He had a two-year stint as a strength & conditioning staff assistant for the Miami Dolphins in the NFL, assisting in implementation of physical preparation of players and coordinating recovery measures on player off-days. It was his second NFL stint, having been a strength and conditioning intern for the Buffalo Bills in 2017.
Feild has had several college stopes, including at the College of the Holy Cross, Springfield College, the University of Iowa and the University of Massachusetts. He worked for Towson as an undergraduate intern, working with baseball, field hockey, men's lacrosse and softball.
Feild graduated from Towson in 2012 with a degree in exercise science. He earned his Master's Degree from Springfield in 2017.
