Nick Thorn has been working with the Towson Football program since 2024, being promoted to director of player personnel in 2025.
As director of player personnel, Thorn works in several aspects of the Tiger football team, including on-campus events with campus and recruiting visits, managing student/volunteer on-boarding and special projects, working with position coaches and organizing transfer/JUCO boards.
Previously, he was a recruiting and video student assistant. He assisted with recruiting boards and records, organizaed other student assistants and recorded practices and games with standard cameras and drones.
Thorn graduated from Towson in May 2025 with a degree in sport management, minoring in business administration.
