2019 (Football): Became the first-ever Towson player to be a two-time Walter Payton Award Finalist, finishing in 13th place for the award... Became the first Towson student-athlete to earn CoSIDA Academic All-America(R) in two different sports... Starting quarterback in all 12 games, earning All-CAA Second Team... CAA Preseason Offensive Player of the Year... Concluded his Towson career ranked in the top-6 in program history in passing touchdowns (3rd, 50), passing yards (6th, 6,086) and passing completions (6th, 484)... Started all 12 games at quarterback, throwing 60.4% and compiling 2,831 passing yards, 22 touchdowns with just six interceptions, 324 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns... 2019 (Baseball): Towson's primary right fielder, playing in 44 games with 38 starts... CoSIDA Academic All-America(R) Second Team.. second on the team with 11 stolen bases, on as many attempts... hit .221 with 20 runs, a home run, four doubles and eight RBI... nine multi-hit days, beginning the year with a 3-for-4 game at Davidson (Feb. 15)... had a pair of multi-hit games in Kennesaw State doubleheader (Feb. 23)... came off the bench and stole home to walk-off vs. Delaware (Apr. 20)... perfect 3-for-3 with first collegiate home run and two runs scored in home victory over UMBC (Apr. 23)... went 2-for-2 in final road game at Charleston (May 12).
2018 (Football): Towson's starting quarterback in all 12 games, finishing fifth for the Walter Payton Award and earning HERO Sports Third Team...ECAC Offensive Player of the Year and CAA Offensive Player of the Year, also earning All-CAA First Team...Finished in the top-26 in FCS in several categories: total offense (3rd), passing yards (5th), passing yards per game (12th), passing touchdowns (6th), completions per game (10th), completion percentage (22nd) and passing efficiency (26th)...Three-time CAA Offensive Player of the Week, one-time FCS Offensive Player of the Week and two-time FCS Honorable Mention Player of the Week...Matched Towson single season record with 28 passing touchdowns, fourth with 3,251 passing yards...Also Towson's leader in rushing with 742 yards on the ground...Had double digit completions, 125+ yards and one passing touchdown each in all 12 games...Season-high 35 completions for 345 yards and three touchdowns at Wake Forest on Sept. 8, following with 320 yards and three scores in win at Villanova...Four touchdowns, two passing and two rushing, and 438 yards of total offense in home win vs. The Citadel on Sept. 29...319 passing yards and four touchdowns in victory vs. top-10 Stony Brook on Oct. 6...Triple digit passing yards (188) and rushing yards (109) in victory vs. William & Mary on Oct. 13...Repeated four touchdown performance in victory at UAlbany on Oct. 20 with 306 passing yards and two TDs, plus 80 rushing yards and two TDs...Season-high 372 passing yards off 31 completions, adding two touchdowns, vs. James Madison on Nov. 17.
BEFORE TOWSON: Spent 2017 season at Rutgers, graduated in summer of 2018...Played 13 games in two seasons at Western Michigan from 2015-16, including 188 passing yards and 266 rushing yards as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned 7,387 passing yards at Eastern, including 2,782 passing yards, 25 passing touchdowns, 641 rushing yards and 12 rushing touchdowns as a senior...Taken in the 32nd Round of the MLB Draft by the Philadelphia Phillies, chose to attend Western Michigan for football.
