Reserve linebacker with tremendous ability ... did well in Spring ... will compete for playing time at one of the inside linebacker positions ... should be one of the Tigers’ top special teams players ... plays very well against the run ... was a freshman "redshirt" in 2006 ... made two tackles in 2007 Spring Game.

2007 Season: Appeared in six games on defense and special teams ... had a 10-yard kickoff return against Hofstra.

At Snow Hill High School: Named second team All-State linebacker ... made 118 tackles as a senior ... first team All-Bayside Conference selection ... honor roll student for all four years ... member of the National Honor Society ... Gates Scholar ... also played basketball and participated on the track and field squad.

Personal: Ambition is to become an electrial engineer ... oldest of six children in the family ... lists mother as the person he admires the most ... favorite actor is Denzel Washington ... favorite musician is Jay-Z ... had a summer job working at the GAP ... very involved in his church’s activities ... mother is a Salisbury graduate who teaches ... son of Sherice Harmen and Theodis Dale ... born on February 10, 1988 in Salisbury, Md.
