Biography

Brandon Weiner has joined the Tiger Athletics Staff as a Group Sales and Promotions Manager in July 2011; it was announced by Assistant Director of Athletics for Fan Development, Mike Hollis.

"Brandon has gained valuable experience excelling in one of the most competitive sales markets in the country, New York City," said Hollis. "He will be an asset who will help us take Towson University Athletics to the next level. We are very excited for him to be a part of our new sales campaign."

Weiner, a 2010 graduate of Franklin Pierce University, comes to the Tigers from Marlboro High School where he served as the Assistant Golf Coach for the last several months. Prior to his time at Marlboro, he was an Inside Sales Representative for the New York Jets. During his time with the Jets, Weiner sold Personal Seat Licenses (PSLs), with revenue exceeding $1.5 Million, as well as working in fan development and game operations. He was a major contributor for the #1 revenue generating sales team during the 2010-11 NFL Season, helping the Jets sell out all of their PSL's.

Prior to graduating from Franklin Pierce, Weiner served as an Athletic Communication Student Assistant. He helped record statistics, created media guides and served as the PA announcer for soccer, basketball, field hockey and lacrosse games. In addition, he did a three-month internship in the Sales/Public Relations/Media Department at Star Magazine.

Weiner, whose degree was in Professional Sport Management with a minor in Marketing, was the captain for the golf team at Franklin Pierce.
