Towson University Athletics

Tim is the department's Chief Business Officer. He and his staff are charged with the responsibility of overseeing the athletics budget.

Tim began his association with Towson in February 1996 as the Athletics Business Manager.  He was promoted to Assistant AD for Business Services in 2001 and most recently named the CBO. 

Prior to Towson, Tim started working for Marriott International Inc in Buffalo, NY, as a staff accountant and eventually moved to senior accountant in the operation's Processing Center.  After six years at the Processing Center, he worked in the field for Marriott's Conference Center division at various client locations.  He moved around the Northeast region as an assistant controller/controller for properties in College Park, MD (University of Maryland's Center for Adult Education); Washington, DC (Georgetown University's Levy Center); Long Island, NY (IBM Corporation' Employee Facility - Sands Point NY); and Towson, MD (The Marriott at Towson University).

Tim is originally from the Buffalo, NY area and graduated from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, NY with a BBA in Accounting.  During his current employment in athletics at Towson, he enrolled in the university's graduate school part-time and earned his masters degree in the Liberal Arts program in December 2004.
