2014:  Appeared in 14 games, with 11 starts…went 5-5 with a 5.00 ERA…recorded 53 strikeouts in 66.2 innings…tossed five shutout innings to earn the victory in his first career start against Georgetown…allowed one run over six innings in a victory over Albany…fanned eight over six innings to earn the winn over Penn…tied career-high with eight strikeouts against Northeastern…allowed one run on three hits over seven innings…gave up one run over seven innings in a no decision against James Madison…picked up a victory in relief in season finale against Delaware.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Jimmy Crowley at Loyola Blakefield High School…earned First-Team All-MIAA honors after going 7-3 with a 2.30 ERA as a senior…ranked second in the state in strikeouts…fanned 11 in a victory over Archbishop Curley…earned North MVP honors in the Brooks Robinson All-Star game…went 8-0 with a 3.10 ERA in earning Second-Team All-MIAA honors as a junior…also a member of the football team…honor roll student.

PERSONAL: Born Feb. 9, 1995…son of Bruce and Marcie Zimmermann…has one brother and three sisters…father and brother, Joe, played baseball at the University of Dallas…undecided on a major.
