2020-21: Reserve guard for Towson, playing in 17 games with four starts... averaged 2.9 points, 1.2 assists and 1.8 rebounds per game... notched an assist in 12 games... led the team in assists vs. George Mason (12/26) with three... started first game in a Towson uniform to begin CAA play vs. James Madison (1/16), getting seven points and a pair of assists... season-high nine points, adding four rebounds, in CAA Tournament game vs. Elon (3/6)... free year of eligibility due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Before Towson: Spent 2019-20 season at CSU Bakersfield, playing in all 31 games with 10 starts, shooting 40.1% from the field for 7.9 points, adding 50 assists, 19 steals and seven blocks... was at Loyola Marymount for two years, including appearing in 31 games during the 2017-18 season, averaging 5.3 points per game, medical redshirt the next year... played a year at Pensacola State College, earning First Team All-Panhandle Conference with 14.4 points and 3.7 assists per game.

High School: Graduate of Wade Hampton... all-county, all-conference and all-league basketball player in high school... member of the Honor Society, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

Personal: Son of James Sr. and Tracy Allen... father, James Sr., played football at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.
