Biography

2014:  Appeared in five games out of the bullpen…retired both hitters he faced in season debut against CSU Bakersfield…tossed a scoreless inning against Coppin State.

2013:  Appeared in eight games out of hte bullpen…pitched two-thirds of an inning in season debut against Duke…struck out only hitter  he faced at Virginia…tossed two innings against Maryland.

2012:  Appeared in two games before suffering a season-ending injury…retired the only two hitters he faced on the season.

2011:  Made 14 appearances out of the bullpen…went 1-1 with a 4.91 ERA and two saves…struck out 23 in 22 innings…pitched two-thirds of an inning in his collegiate debut against Gardner-Webb…struck out the side in his only inning against UNC Wilmington…gave up one run in a career-best five innings against Hofstra…worked out of a ninth-inning jam to earn his first save against Delaware State…retired all five hitters he faced to earn the save against Old Dominion…earned first career victory at Maryland.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Earned first-team all-state honors for head coach Matt Schultz at Great Valley High School…went 10-1 in earning first-team all-area accolades…part of a Patriots team that went 21-7 and reached the PIAA quarterfinals…earned First-Team All-Chestmont honors as a junior and senior…helped the Patriots to four-straight Chestmont League championships…finished career by going 19-5 with a 1.97 ERA and 209 strikeouts.

PERSONAL:  Born Sept. 8, 1992…son of James and Shelia Duclos…has two younger brothers…majoring in communication.
