Pat Skerry on Conway: "We are thrilled to add Chris to our staff after being an assistant at a great DII program in Millersville.  He was a good small college player and played for Towson grad Matt Lochte at Dulaney, he is smart and will be next in line with some outstanding coaches we've had here."

Conway came to Towson from Millersville University, serving as an assistant coach from 2019-21 after being a graduate assistant from 2017-19.  During his time at Millersville, five players earned all-conference honors, including Marcus Adkison being All-PSAC First Team in 2019 plus the team made the PSAC Tournament the last two seasons.  He was a position coach for guards and forwards plus assisted with gameplans, video, recruiting, strength & conditioning workouts and social media.  While at Millersville, he served on the Vice Presidents Committee and the Race and Diversity Committee.
