Ryan Brown comes to Towson from Texas Christian University (TCU) where he was a graduate assistant. He handled all of the video coordination for the Horned Frogs the last two years. He earned his masters degree in liberal arts this past spring.
 
Among some of his duties for the Tiger basketball program will be overseeing all day-to-day aspects of the Tiger program, handling team travel arrangements, coordinating practices and supervising basketball managers. 
Brown will also oversee the Towson Basketball team and individual summer camps, while assisting in video breakdown, film exchange and scouting upcoming opponents.
 Brown came to TCU after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Auburn in May 2016, with a degree in information systems management and a minor in sports coaching. Brown, 
Hartselle, Ala., native was a student manager for the Tigers’ basketball program. In addition, Brown was a recruiting coordinator at Hoop Group.
 
“Ryan is a smart innovative young coach who brings a wealth of experience,” TCU head men’s basketball coach Jamie Dixon said. “He’s well connected and thorough who understands the value of the entire program.”
