Once named to the All-Windex First Team as one of New Jersey's best rebounders, Kelvin brings quickness, athleticism and strength to Towson's backcourt ... averaged 20 points, six rebounds, five assists and a couple of steals in leading NIA to a 26-7 record and a No. 6 national ranking among the country's prep schools ... he was a first-team All-Prep selection by the Newark-Star Ledger ... as a member of the United States All-Stars he scored 16 points in their 136-115 Capital Classic victory over the Capital All-Stars ... with a 32-inch vertical jump Kelvin has developed a reputation for his slashing moves to the rim ... registered his career high of 37 points against Kiski School (Youngstown, Ohio) in the Hoop Mountain Prep Classic early in his senior year ... while playing for St. Benedict Prep where he averaged 13.0 points he put up a triple double (15 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists) ... "Kelvin has proven he's virtually impossible to stop from going to the rim against anybody in the USA. To Kelvin's credit he is working many hours developing his jumper to balance out his offensive output which is already explosive."
