COACH KENNEDY ON SEAN: “A senior who is an experienced, strong player. He’s played well in games for us. He’s a terrific program guy.”

2006-07 SEASON: A valuable contributor off the bench at the power forward spot ... played in 16 games ... scored his season high of 6 points and grabbed a career high 6 rebounds when the Tigers played at Kansas near his home ... he played a season high 12 minutes against the Jayhawks ... helped with 2 points and 4 rebounds in the win over UNCW ... a good free throw shooter, has made 25 of 31 on his career

2005-06 SEASON: Improved noticeably over his freshman year ... played 215 minutes in 15 appearances, more than all of his freshman year ... he averaged 14.3 minutes per game after only 5.9 minutes per game the previous season ... scored 28 points all of his freshman season, had 52 in his sophomore season ... scored his career high of 9 points twice, against William & Mary and at Northeastern when he played a season high 26 minutes ... good free throw shooter, having made 10 of 12.

2004-05 SEASON: Played sparingly, appearing in 22 games with no starts ... averaged just 6 minutes an appearance ... scored a season high 6 points against the College of Charleston ... tallied 5 points at VCU ... made 10 of 13 free throws.  

BACKGROUND/PERSONAL: Spent the 2003-04 season at New Hampton Prep after graduating from Mexico High School near Columbia, Missouri ... scored 1,390 points in high school for the Bulldogs ... a three-year starter on the varsity ... the Bulldogs were 40-15 his final two seasons with a District Championship his senior year ... averaged 22.2 points and 11.4 rebounds his final year ... named first team All-State, All-District and All-Conference ... he was a McDonald’s All-American nominee as well as an invitee to the Nike Hoop Jamboree and the Addidas Camp ... played three years of AAU ball with the St. Louis Eagles and a year with Fort Sooy ... was a teammate of Shaun Livingston who was taken by the Los Angeles Clippers as the No. 4 pick in the 2004 NBA draft ... an honor student, Sean then attended New Hampton Prep in New Hampton, N.H. where he averaged 15.8 points and 9.4 rebounds for the Huskies ... left NHP with a 3.4 grade point average ... played power forward, wing and point guard for the Huskies ... lists both of his parents as the people he admires the most ... Kobe Bryant is his favorite athlete ... favorite book is the Count of Monte Cristo ... Russell Crow and Al Pacino are his favorite actors ... his most memorable experience yet was winning the district championship in his senior year at Mexico when the Bulldogs were seeded 4th ... son of Garry and Veneta Raboin ... majoring in Business Administration.
