2010 Fall: First round of the fall he tied the program record with a 63 at the Navy Fall Classic ... he went on to win the event with a 9-under 133 which was a new collegiate 36-hole low for him ... he collected CAA Golfer of the Week honors for leading the Tigers to a runner up finish in that tournament ... he followed that with a tie for 4th at the Adams Cup of Newport, carding a 3-over 219 ... a tie for 3rd in a field of 93 golfers with an 8-under 208 (career low for 54 holes) at the ODU/OBX Invitational earned him a second CAA Golfer of the Week honor ... he averaged a team low 72.0 for 16 rounds in the fall ... finished first for the Tigers in 3 of the 6 events..
2009-10: His 73.4 average was second best on the squad and his best for a year as a collegian ... played all 13 events and 36 rounds of golf ... led the team in par rounds with 7 ... had 6 rounds under par ... placed first for the Tigers in 5 events ... tied for the team lead with 5 top 10 finishes ... posted a 2-under par 214 that tied him for 9th at the George Washington Invitational ... best overall finish was a second at The Rutherford in a field of 78 ... placed in a tie for 4th at the Princeton Invitational, a tie for 6th in the ODU Seascape and 7th in the CAA Championships ... matched his career low of 68 twice including in the opening round of the CAA Championships that tied for the tournament low round ... it was also just one of three under par rounds in the CAA tournament ... he just missed making the CAA All-Tournament team (low six are honored).
At Arkansas State: At Arkansas State he was the number two golfer for the Red Wolves both his freshman and sophomore years ... averaged 75.41 as a freshman and 73.78 as a sophomore ... his best showing was a second place finish in the Sam Hall Intercollegiate where he shot 213 (73-72-68), just one stroke out of first ... that was the highest individual finish for any Arkansas State golfer for the year ... it was ASU's best team finish of the year too ... his 68 in the final round tied for his collegiate low ... he finished 4th individually in The McLaughlin in Bethpage, N.Y. with a 210, one stroke ahead of Towson's Chris Scialo who was 6th with a 211 ... the Tigers placed 2nd as a team at The McLaughlin while the Red Wolves were 4th ... played one event under par his sophomore year, carding a 5-under 211 to tie for 11th at the Sycuan Collegiate Invitational ... averaged 74.59 for his two years at ASU.
At Lansing: Won the New York State Public High School Athletic Association championship twice, as a sophomore and a senior ... his senior year he held off Towson's Chris Scialo who finished second while playing for Clarkstown ... selected to All-Conference and All-State teams twice ... recipient of MVP awards from the conference and coaches in 2006 ... in 2005 he was voted Most Valuable Golfer and in 2004 he was recognized as Most Improved Player ... won the 2007 Ganson Depew Cup for capturing the New York State Men's Amateur Championship ...
