2023: Appeared in two games as a reserve defenseman... member of the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.
2022: Played in one game during his third season with the program … made his collegiate debut in the CAA Tournament semifinals against UMass (May 5).
2021: Did not see time as a sophomore defenseman.
2020: Did not see time as a freshman defenseman.
High School: Played head coaches Ben Rubeor and Gene Ubriaco at nearby Loyola Blakefield as a defenseman and longstick midfielder for the Dons … helped team reach back-to-back MIAA Semfinals … during his junior year, Loyola Blakefield was ranked as high as sixth in the country and finished ranked 10th … also played wide receiver and safety for the Dons’ football program.
Personal: Son of Dan and Annemarie Joerres … has three siblings, Nick, Addison and Matt … father ran cross country at the University of Minnesota … most admires his grandparents … spends his summers as a greenskeeper at a golf course and a laborer for a demolition company … favorite athlete is the late Koby Bryant … favorite professional teams are the Green Bay Packers, Baltimore Ravens and the Washington Capitals.
