Biography
2019 Season: Played and started all 16 games as a close defenseman … caused 14 turnovers bringing his career total to 45, which ranks 10th in program history … caused a season-best four turnovers against No. 13 Denver (March 23) … collected 28 ground balls including five on a sloppy natural surface against Jacksonville (March 8) in Charlotte, North Carolina at The Crown Lacrosse Event … called for eight penalties for seven minutes.
2018 Season: Played and started in all 15 games at close defense in his junior campaign … scored his first career goal in the season opener at No. 11 Johns Hopkins (Feb. 10) … caused 14 turnovers, including a career-best five against Fairfield (April 28) … added another three caused turnovers against Drexel (April 6) … collected 18 ground balls, with seven multi-ground ball games … served four penalties for three and a half minutes.
2017 Season: Named to the CAA All-Tournament Team ... started all 17 games on defense ... ranked third on the team with 15 caused turnovers ... recorded a career-high four caused turnovers at Georgetown (Feb. 25) and against Ohio State in the NCAA Semifinals (May 27) ... also posted multiple caused turnovers with two against UMass (April 8) ... snagged 26 ground balls on the season ... had a career-high seven ground balls at Georgetown (Feb. 25) ... contributed multiple ground balls in a game nine times ... had six penalties for five and a half minutes ... key member of a defensive unit that ranks third in the nation for scoring defense (7.44).
2016 Season: Made eight appearances off the bench as a freshman close defenseman … played in his first collegiate game in the Tigers’ 11-2 win over Mercer (Feb. 12) in the season opener … caused two turnovers, once against Delaware (April 16) and the second against Hobart (May 11) in Towson’s 18-5 NCAA Tournament play-in game win … did not take a penalty all season.
High School: Played defense at Westminster High School for head coach Steve Defeo … team reached state playoffs his freshman year … helped team to MIAA state title as a sophomore … named to Brine All-America team … selected to Under Armour Under Class team … named first team All-County on the football field … earned honor roll status.
