Biography
2022: Played in four games as a senior long stick midfielder … made season debut against Mount St. Mary’s (Feb. 15) … played in CAA Tournament semifinal game against UMass (May 5) … served one penalty for 60 seconds.
2021: Saw the field in two games as a longstick midfielder … did not register any stats.
2020: Played in three games as a sophomore longstick midfielder … made his collegiate debut at No. 12 Loyola (Feb. 26) … grabbed a career-best three ground balls at UMBC (March 3) … forced a turnover against No. 13 Georgetown (March 7).
2019: Did not see the field as a freshman defenseman.
High School: Played long stick midfield at nearby Calvert Hall College High School for coach Bryan Kelly … MIAA Champion (2017, 2018) … recorded 58 ground balls and received the ground ball award his senior year … also played soccer for the Cardinals.
Personal: Full name is John Patrick Connelly …prefers to go by Jack ... son of Tim and Suzie …has two siblings Brendan and Ryan … likes fishing in his free time … roots for the Baltimore Ravens and the Washington Redskins … most memorable experience is vacations with his family at the beach … majoring in sport management at Towson with a minor in marketing.
