Biography
2020 Season: Saw the field in five games, making his first career start at No. 12 Loyola (Feb. 26) … collected six ground balls, picking up four at Loyola, a career-best … caused one turnover at Loyola as well.
2019 Season: Played in 10 games during his junior season … saw time at close defense, mainly in a man-down role … made his first collegiate appearance against No. 7 Johns Hopkins (Feb. 9) … Towson went 8-2 in games in which Healy played … did not serve a penalty all season … collected one ground ball against Hofstra (March 30).
2018 Season: Did not see action as a sophomore defenseman.
2017 Season: Did not see any action during his rookie campaign.
High School: Played close defense at Downingtown East High School for coach Todd Liggett … started for the school’s varsity team all four years of high school … named first team All-Ches-Mont his junior and senior year … also named to All-League first team junior and senior years … also played quarterback for the school’s undefeated football team.
Personal: Son of Saunders and Mary Ellen Healey … most admires his parents … has three siblings, Maddy, Tori and Jordan … hobbies include skating and mountain biking … hopes to work in finance … favorite professional teams are the Philadelphia Eagles and 76ers … favorite professional athlete is two-time Super Bowl champion NFL quarterback Peyton Manning … plans on majoring in business finance at Towson.
