High School: Swam for Molly Sandling and the Jamestown Eagles … swim primarily in the freestyle sprints and butterfly events … finished as a state runner up in 2017 and 2019 … member of the 400-yard freestyle relay that set the VHSL 4A record in 2019 … high school personal bests include a 20.77 seconds in the 50 free, a 45.13 in the 100 free, a 50.10 in the 100 fly, a 50.24 in the 100 back and a 58.38 in the 100 breast … set records in several events at the school, state, and regional levels … earned All-State and All-Region honors from 2016-20.
Personal: Son of Rich and Kathie Smith … father played football, volleyball and track & field at East Stroudsburg University … has volunteered with the Salvation Army Food Drive … enjoys listening to music, longboarding, gaming, working on cars and photography/editing … favorite professional teams are the Philadelphia Eagles and Mercedes-AMG Petronas Driving Team … has worked as a waiter, swim coach, museum guide and a lifeguard … favorite athlete is Lewis Hamilton … favorite book is Dante’s Inferno and favorite movie is Ford v. Ferrari … would like to work in either cyber security, software development, mechanical engineering or as an F1 car mechanic … majoring in computer science at Towson.
