Junior Year
Regular member of relay teams (200-yard medley, 400-yard freestyle) ... finished third in the 100-yard backstroke and fourth in 200-yard backstroke at home against McDaniel.

Sophomore Year
Best time in the 100-yard backstroke was 55.79 ... timed 1:58.46 in the 200-yard backstroke.

Freshman Year
Had a very good Virginia Tech Invite ...timed 1:59.51 in the 200-yard backstroke event at the meet, a seasonal-best ... that time was the fourth-fastest time swam by a Tiger in the event all season ... timed 55.91 in the 100-yard backstroke at Virginia Tech, the third-fastest time by a Tiger throughout the season in the event.

At Easton H.S.
Competed at district and state levels for coach Earl Page at Easton H.S. … helped Rovers to a top-four finish in the district XI relays during his junior and senior seasons … finished third in the backstroke in districts … YMCA state champion as a freshman.
