    Sarah Meil is entering her first season as the director of operations for the Tiger softball program.
    
    Meil earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. She was an outfielder and a pitcher for the Gators during the 2011 season before an injury cut her career short.
    
Meil joined the Allegheny softball staff as a coach’s assistant in 2012. In that role, she helped warm-up players before and during games and recorded game statistics.
