2025-26: Competed in six indoor meets... placed fourth in the 3000m at the Youree Spence Garcia Invitational... placed fifth in the 5000m at the Gulden Invitational... was a part of the relay team that set the DMR program record (11:48.91) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational, placed second in the event... placed fourth in the DMR at the CAA Indoor Championship... competed in six outdoor meets... won the 5k at the Morgan State Legacy Meet with a time of 17:40.85 to rank 10th all-time... ran 4:39.71 at the Kehoe Twilight Meet to rank seventh all-time... named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll, High Honors with Distinction.
Prior to Towson: All-District, All-Region, All-State and State Champion in the 4x800m... played field hockey and soccer... won region championships in soccer.
Personal: Daughter of Nicole and Scott Amato... has one sister, Ava and one brother, Noah... Noah rowed at University of Virginia... valedictorian of Fluvanna County... graduated with honors... honored as Blue Ridge Virginia Governor's School Graduate... member of the Interact Club, an organization that aims to develop leadership skills in young adults through community service projects... member of Feed the Hungry.
