2025-26: Competed in five cross country meets... posted a 5k PR of 19:39.6 at the Mount St. Mary's Duals... placed 6th overall at the Delaware Invitational... recorded a 6k PR of 23:04.1 at the CAA Cross Country Championship.Â
Prior to Towson: 3x Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) State Championships... 2x qualifiers for Nike Cross Nationals (NXN).
Personal: Daughter of Stephen and Zoanne Swirsding... has one sister, Abbey... named to Honor Roll 4x... member of the National Honors Society (NHS) and Key Club... has contributed 200+ service hours in both organizations.
