2023-24: Competed in four indoor meets…ran a PR of 11:07.30 in the 3000 at the Bucknell Tune Up…clocked a PR in the 5000 at CAA Indoor Championships, finishing in 18:52.78…competed in five outdoor meets…picked up a PR in the 10k, running a 41:00.06 at the Bison Outdoor Classic…earned a PR of 5:22.97 in the 1500 at the Kehoe Twilight Meet.
2023 Cross Country: Competed in all five meets…ran a PR of 21:24.0 in the 5k at the Baltimore Metro Meet…clocked a PR of 24:22.5 in the 6k at the Aubrey Shenk Invite.
Prior to Towson: Named Scholar Athlete (2020-2023)…placed third at regionals (XC)…school record holder in the 3200m…regional runner-up in the 3200m…placed third in the region in the 1600m…regional runner-up in the 4x800m…high school team placed sixth at State Championships.
Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Deb Vacca…has three brothers, Alex, Derin and Deric…was team captain her senior year…member of the National Honor Society…graduated third in her class…aspires to work as a Speech Language Pathologist.
