2022-23 Indoor: Competed in three meets…ran a PR of 3:21.67 and placed sixth overall in the 1000m at the Gulden Invitational…earned a PR of 2:29.49 in the 800m at the Sykes & Sabock Invitational.
2022 Cross Country: Competed in five meets…ran a PR of 22:59.5 in the 5k at the Delaware Opener…clocked a personal best in the 6k of 26:24.0 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.
At Catoctin H.S.: Was the 2021 outdoor Maryland 1A 800m champion… placed third in the 500m in 2022 indoor championship… 4x800 relay placed third in the 2019 outdoor Maryland 1A Championships… 4x800 placed third in the 2020 Indoor Maryland 1A Championships… four-year member of the honor roll… Secretary of the National Honors Society for two years… captain of the track team for two years… team captain of the soccer team for two years.
