Biography
2023-24: Competed in two indoor meets…ran a PR of 12:01.97 in the 3000m at the Navy Indoor Invitational…competed in four outdoor meets…clocked PRs in the 800m (2:39.15), mile (5:54.63) and 1500m (5:19.16)…named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.
2023 Cross Country: Competed in one cross country meet for the Tigers, running a 26:23.2 in the 6k at the Aubrey Shenk Invite.
Prior to Towson: Cross country team qualified for Maryland Regionals and States…PRs include 5:41 in the 1600, 2:33 in the 800 and 22:02 in the 3 mile.
Personal: Daughter of Emmanuel and Charity Frimpong…has one brother, Ben, and two sisters, Joy and Nora… earned AP Scholars award…achieved 300+ hours of community service…member of the National Honors Society and Science National Honors Society…majoring in premed biology…aspires to be a pathologist.
