2024-25: Competed in 1 indoor meet ... competed in 1 outdoor meet.

2023-24: Competed in four indoor meets…ran a PR in the 500 at the Navy Indoor Invitational, clocking a 1:23.48…picked up a PR of 1:00.97 in the 400 at the Ramapo College Opener…earned a PR in the 300 of 42.90 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational.

Prior to Towson: IAAM 2020 500m B Conference Champion…2020 500m school record holder…2022 AAU 400m hurdles All-American…received high school first and second honors…competed at Virginia Commonwealth University for one year…posted collegiate best time of 1:01 in the 400m hurdles. 

Personal: Daughter of David and Andrea Parham…majoring in Biology… aspires to go into laboratory sciences or pursue a medical degree after obtaining her B.S. in biology.
