Courtney Halford serves as a strength & conditioning coach for the volleyball, field hockey and women’s lacrosse teams at Towson. She also oversees the Towson Strength & Conditioning Internship Program. 

In her time at Towson, Courtney has served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the four-time CAA Championship volleyball team. 

Prior to serving as a full-time strength & conditioning coach, Courtney was an intern and Volunteer Strength & Conditioning coach as an undergrad student at Towson. She also volunteered as a strength and conditioning coach for Evolution Sports Physiotherapy from July 2018 to August 2019, leading youth and adults in Olympic lifting focused training.

Courtney is a Towson University alum, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She earned her Master’s Degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, with a concentration in Human Performance from the University of Florida. In addition, she is an NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist and is CPR/First Aid/AED certified by the American Red Cross.
