2023-24: Competed in one indoor meet, clocking a PR of 3:12.66 in the 1000…competed in four outdoor meets…ran a personal best in the 800 at the Towson Spring Opener, clocking a 2:26.61 for sixth place…clocked a PR of 5:45.46 in the mile at the Bison Outdoor Classic.

2023 Cross Country: Competed in one meet, running a PR of 27:42.7 in the 6k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.
