Biography

2025: Went 1-1 with a 7.67 ERA, 25 strikeouts and 19 walks across 29.1 innings pitched in 18 appearances (two starts) … earned the decision on May 6 vs. Richmond after allowing one earned run in 1.0 relief frame.

2024: Finished 1-2 with a 6.07 ERA, one save, 27 strikeouts and 26 walks in 29.2 innings pitched over 18 appearances (one start) … recorded his first collegiate win on March 27 vs. George Washington (2.2 IP, 1 H, 3 K, 3 BB) … registered his first collegiate save vs. George Mason on May 8 (1.0 IP, 1 H, 1 K, 1 BB).

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at East Chapel Hill … a four-year varsity starting pitcher and shortstop for the Wildcats … helped the Wildcats win a conference championship and earned All-Conference honors twice.
 
PERSONAL: Majors in sport management … full name is Ryder Scott Jeske … son of Rob and Katie Jeske … has two siblings, one brother, Bryce, and a sister, Emma.
