2023 Outdoor: Did not compete due to an injury.

2022 Cross Country: Participated in six cross country races…ran season best 23:11.40 in the 6k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run…placed seventh at the Delaware XC Invitational… competed at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Championships.

2022 Outdoor: Earned more personal bests in the outdoor season in both the 800m (2:20.43) at the Towson Invitational and in the 5000m (18:22.51) in the Mason Spring Invitational.  

2021-22 Indoor: Earned five top-10 finishes during the indoor season led by a gold medal at the Penn State Tune-Up with a personal high of 5:15.83 in the mile.  

2021 Cross Country: Helped the Tigers to win the Towson XC Invitational with a personal best 4k time (15:58.9) to take 13th place … also set personal bests at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (22:58.6) in the 6k and in the 3.73m at CAA Championships (24:02.2).

2021 Outdoor: ran a time of 5:06.26 in the 1500 at the Bill Webb/Bob Davidson Invite...helped the Tigers win the Towson Invitational by running times of 2:21.66 (800), 4:57.52 (1500) and 4:14.19 on the 4x400 relay...ran a time of 4:53.94 in the 1500 at the George Mason Spring Invite...finished 14th in the 5000 (19:19.03) at Hopkins/Loyola Invite...helped the Tigers capture second place at the CAA championships finishing with times of 5:06.37 in the 1500 and 18:54.52 in the 5000...ran times of 4:47.83 in the 1500 and 9:46.42 on the 4x400 relay at the ECAC championships

2020-21 Indoor: Did not compete

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic

19-2020 Indoor:Won the ECAC Championships...Finished second in the 1-mile run (5:23.97) at the Bison Open… Placed second in the 1000-meter run (3:09.62) at the Towson Tiger Invitational… Posted a time 0f 3:04.25 in the 1000-meter run at the Penn State National…

2019 Cross Country: In her rookie debut raced in all 5 meets…had a personal best time of 23:13.6 for the 6k at the Princeton Invitational

Prior to Towson: Ran cross country and track for coaches Kevin McCoy and Chris Graff ... helped her team to win the 2015 Maryland AAA Cross Country State Championship ... other team wins include the 2015, 2017 and 2018 AAA East Cross Country Regional Championship, 2015 Howard County Cross Country Championship ... individually she was the 2017 AAA East 3200m Outdoor Track Regional Champion ... in 2018 she was on the winning 4x800 relay team at the Howard County Indoor Track Championship ... holds school records in 800m indoor track, 1600m indoor track, one-mile run, 4x800m and distance medley relay ... three-time First Team All-County selection for cross country ... 2016 Howard County Fan's Choice Runner of the Year ... First Team All-County for indoor track in 2018 and 2019.

Personal: Daughter of Julie and Todd Betler ... has one brother ... plans to study exercise science ... wants to be an occupational therapist one day ... admires her parents the most ... enjoys figure skating, dancing and reading ... roots for the Baltimore Orioles & Ravens ... the Harry Potter series are her favorite books ... her favorite food is chicken parmesan.
