2016 Season
Competed in all seven meets for the Tigers … won the Towson Invitational to open the season with a 5k personal-best of 18:13 … top Towson finisher at four meets during the season … placed 13th at the CAA Championships, just missing earning All-CAA honors … fastest Tiger at the conference championship meet … placed 95th overall and second among Tigers at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships … ran a 6k personal-best of 21:31 at the Paul Short Open.


Towson Track & Field

2015-16 Season
Qualified for the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round in the 10,000-meter run, finishing 39th ... finished fifth in the 5,000m run at CAA Championship with outdoor school record time of 16:55.08 ... set school record in 10,000m run with time of 34:37.93 at the Raleigh Relays, finishing eighth ... ran third-fastest time in program history for the 3,000m run (10:04.50) ... competed in the 5,000m run at the I4CA/ECAC Championships and set indoor school record with time of 16:48.13 for an eighth-place finish ... set school record for 5,000m run three times during indoor season.


Shippensburg University
Member of cross country and track and field programs ... one of team’s top three runners for cross country as a freshman ... member of 2013 NCAA DII Cross Country qualifying team ... finished fifth in the 10K at the PSAC Outdoor Championships during rookie year ... earned All-PSAC honors.
