AT TOWSON: Cross Country: (Senior Year) Spent much of the year as the Tigers' No. 2 runner ... placed in the top ten overall three times ... best finish was second overall at the Baltimore Metro ... finished first for the Tigers at the NCAA Regionals and ECAC meet ... set personal bests for a 5K and 6K meet. (Junior Year) Set then personal bests in both a 5K (18:40) and 6K (21:59) meet ... spent much of the year as the team’s No. 2 runner … named to the All-Academic team by the Colonial Athletic Association. (Sophomore Year) Scored in all eight meets for the Tigers, placing in the top five each time ... posted a then personal record in the 5K by clocking a 19:52.02 in the Towson Invitational, placing 11th overall which was her best finish of the season ... set a then personal record for the 6K with a 23:33.50 at the CAA Meet, finishing 44th overall ... highest place among the Tigers was a 3rd twice at the Paul Short and the Mid-Atlantic Regionals, both 6K races. Track/Field: (Junior Year) Time of 10:13.05 in the 3000-meter run stands seventh on the school’s all-time top 10 list. (Sophomore Year) Broke into the Towson all-time top-10 list in two events ... stands fourth on the school’s 5000-meter run list, timing 17:30.18 at the CAA meet ... stands ninth on the 3000-meter run list, running 10:25.55 at Bucknell. (Freshman Year) Ran the 3000 indoors, clocking a best 11:07.70 at the Armory Collegiate ... ran the 1500, 3000 and 5000 on the outdoor oval ... top showing was a second place finish in the 5000 at the Goucher Invitational with a time of 10:53.74 ... posted an 18:52.51 for a personal best in the 5000 at the CAA Meet. 

At Cambridge South Dorchester H.S.: A top 10 finisher at the MPSSAA State Cross Country Championships in each of her last three years ... top scholastic time in a 5K was 19:12, the school record for a Cambridge South Dorchester female runner ... the Maryland Mid-Shore Runner of the Year in 2009 ... 1st runner on the All-Star Cross-Country team 2009 ... placed 6th in 2008 1A Maryland State Cross-Country Championships, 10th in 2009 and 9th in 2010 ... regional champion in 2008 and 2009 ... led the Vikings to four straight regional team titles and the 2010 Bayside Conference championship ... finished 2nd in 2009 Tidewater Invitational ... voted MVP of both the cross country and swimming teams.
