2023-24: Competed in five indoor meets…ran a PR time of 10:36.47 in the 3000 at the Navy indoor Invitational…clocked a PR in the mile at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge, running 5:15.13…helped the Distance Medley Relay break the school record two times…competed in six outdoor meets…earned a 5000 PR at the Towson Invitational, crossing the finish line second overall in 17:50.69…ran a lifetime best in the 10k at the Bison Outdoor Classic, clocking a 36:24.02 which ranks fifth all-time in program history…was SAAC President for the 2023-24 season…named to the CAA Commissioners Honor Roll with High Honors with Distinction for earning a 4.0 GPA.

2023 Cross Country: Was the top finisher at all five meets for the Tigers…ran a PR of 19:06.7 in the 5k at the Baltimore Metro Meet, running the fastest time for Towson on that course…clocked a PR of 22:21.60 in the 6k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational, placing fifth out of 243 runners.

2023 Outdoor: Saw four top-10 finishes and picked up four new PRs…placed second overall at the Towson Spring Open in the 5000 after running a PR of 18:14.25…ran two personal best times at the Temple Owls Invitational in the 800 (2:27.47) and 1500 (4:56.01)…clocked the ninth fastest time in program history in the 10k (37:17.47) at CAA Championships to place tenth overall.

2022-23 Indoor: Competed in five meets…ran a PR in the mile (5:29.58) at the Gulden Invitational…set a personal best in the 3000 (10:37.10) at the Sykes & Sabock Invitational…placed fourth overall in the 5000 at CAA Championships after clocking a 18:24.45.

2022 Cross Country: Competed in six meets and set two new PRs…ran a PR of 19:30.1 in the 5k at the Delaware Opener…followed up with another PR in the 6k (22:54.9) at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.

2022 Outdoor: Ran in five meets … set a person high in the 5000m (18:37.23) at the Towson Invitational … also took 12th in the 4x400m relay (4:19.71) at the Fred Hardy Invitational.  

2021-22 Indoor: Saw action in fiive meets during the indoor season … took 10th at the in the 800m with a person best (2:32.79) and ninth in the mile (5:36.36) at the VMI Team Challenge … also placed sixth at the Penn State Tune-Up in the 3000m (10:51.70).  

2021 XC: Competed in seven meets and set several person highs … helped the Tigers to a first place finish at the Towson XC Invitational, placing 15th with a personal best in the 4k (16:05.0).  

At Oakdale: Captures 2021 Outdoor Maryland 2A 4x800 relay championship … runner up in 2020 Indoor season … places eighth in 2019 Maryland 2A cross country state championship … team placed second in 2018 MPSSAA state cross country championships … Frederick News Post cross country first team All-County selection her last three years of high school … 2019 Maryland High School Girls’ State cross country team class 2A … class president during freshman and sophomore years … served as Secretary of the National Honors Society and a four-year member of the honor roll … also was a part of the swim team and bocce ball team.  

Personal: Daughter of Butch and Kimberly Schaffer … has one sister, Jacey … majoring in elementary education and aspires to become a teacher.
