2016 Season
Competed in all seven meets for the Tigers … best finish was fifth at the Towson Invitational … placed 44^th overall as the Tigers’ sixth finisher at the CAA Championships … finished fifth among the Tigers and 119^th overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships … timed a 5k personal-best of 19:04 at the Towson Invitational … recorded a 6k personal-best 22:17 at the Paul Short Invitational.

2015 Season
Ran in four meets for the Tigers ... best finish was 11th at the CofC Invite ... placed 58th at the CAA Meet ... set a personal best of 23:07 for a 6K race at the Paul Short Invite.

2014 Season
Ran in seven of the Tigers’ eight meets ... best finish was sixth overall at the Baltimore Metro ... top finish among Tigers was fourth.

Towson Track & Field

2015-16 Season
Finished 13th in the 5000-meter run at the CAA Championship ... broke into the program’s all-time top-10 list for that performance ... earned seven top-10 finishes throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2014-15 Season
Competed in the 5000m run preliminaries at CAAs ... won the 3000m run at Delaware Classic ... also placed sixth for the 800m run at Delaware ... ran in the 3000m run at the Bucknell Team Challenge, placing 11th ... competed in the 3000m run during indoor season ... placed eighth at Christopher Newport for the event.

Maryvale Preparatory School
Named Rookie of the Year for cross-country as a freshman ... also earned Most Valuable Runner, Comeback Player of the Year, and Race of the Year awards ... named team captain for both cross country and track ... set a school record in the 3200m run with a time of 11:28 ... awarded the Marine Corps Award for Athletic Achievement and Leadership ... cross country conference all-star winner as a junior and senior.
