Sophomore Year: Opened the cross country season with an identical 21:18 time in both home meets on the Oregon Ridge Park course ... turned a 21:06 in the 6K at Delaware just four seconds off her career best ... ran the 3000 indoors ... clocked a season best 11:40.98 at the Bucknell Winter Classic ... ran the 5000 and 3000 steeplechase outdoors ... finished 5^th in the 5000 at the Towson Invitational in a time of 20:05.39 ... best steeplechase time was 12:04.20 at the Paul Kaiser Classic at Shippensburg.

Freshman Year: Best time in her freshman year was a 21:02 at Delaware ... finished 21st in the Baltimore Metro Meet, her first collegiate competition.

At Moorestown H.S.: Ran cross country and track for John Denning at Moorestown High School ... helped the Quakers to four-straight Division Championships and two sectional championships ... also helped team qualify for the Group III State Meet and the Meet of Champions ... three-time first team All-Burlington County All-Star and All-South Jersey selection ... two-time All-Group III honoree ... named Quakers most valuable runner in 2004 ... top finisher from Burlington in the varsity girls Meet of Champions race, which is her most memorable moment ... also played basketball ... earned nine varsity letters and was inducted into the Moorestown High School Hall of Fame.
