AT TOWSON: Cross Country: (Senior Year) Finished first for the Tigers in every meet she ran in ... did not participate in final two meets due to injury ... finished in the top ten overall four times ... won the Baltimore Metro meet at Oregon Ridge Park ... earned CAA Runner of the Week honors . (Junior Year) Had a remarkable campaign ... became just the fourth runner in Towson school history to be named All-Colonial Athletic Association after finishing in eighth-place at the conference meet ... set school records in both a 5K (time of 17:52.18 and winning the Towson Invitational at Oregon Ridge Park) and 6k (timing 21:09 at the NCAA Regional ... named CAA Runner of the Week three times. (Sophomore Year) Led the Tigers for the entire season, finishing first in the Towson pack in seven of the eight meets ... named CAA Runner of the Week after finishing second overall in the Towson Invitational with a 19:00.86, the second-fastest of her career in a 5K race ... that proved to be the fastest 5K for a Towson runner in 2012 ... had four top 10 overall finishes ... posted Towson’s fastest 6K time in 2012 with a 22:28.30 at the CAA Meet, a then  personal record for her. (Freshman Year) Enjoyed an outstanding first year with the Tigers ... placed second once, third six times and fourth once for the team ... the only freshman on the squad to score for Towson in every meet ... finished second overall at the Baltimore Metro in her first collegiate meet with a 19:23.33 clocking ... turned her only sub 19-minute 5K at the Cappy Anderson with an 18:23.52 for an overall third place ... followed that with an overall third in the Towson Invitational for her third straight top 10 finish ... placed 26th overall in the field of 90 runners at the CAA’s, finishing 8th among 29 freshman in the race.

Track/Field: (Junior Year) Placed third in the 10,000-meter run at the CAA Championships ... Earned All-CAA honors ... ECAC qualifier in the 10,000-meter run ... set school record in that event with a 35:56.68 at the ECAC meet, scoring three points. (Sophomore Year) Set two school records in her second season ...ran a 36:04.38 at the CAA meet in the 10,000-meter run to set the new Tiger record by over 13 seconds ... also set the 5000-meter school record with a time of 17:19.19 at George Mason.  (Freshman Year) Made a couple of Towson top 10 lists ... turned a 38:12.71 in the 10,000 to finish 10th at the CAA Meet in just her second attempt in the event ... stands 5th on the all-time list ... moved into 9th on the 5000 meter run list with an 18:09.46 she ran indoors at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational ... ran her best 3000 of 10:45.89 at the Thomson Invitational ... ran the 1500 once, clocking a 5:18.03.

At The John Carroll School: One of the top runners in the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland A Conference during her high school career ... a two-time IAAM champion (2008, 2009) and three-time Maryland/Washington, D.C. private school state champion (2008-10) including her senior year when she posted her personal 5K record of 18:42 ... the Baltimore Sun’s Metro Runner of the Year as a sophomore ... other top high school times included 18:22 in the 3 mile, 5:22 in the 1600 and 11:26 in the 3200 ... a three-time first team All-Metro selection ... an IAAM All-Star all four years.
